Let's talk about how the Valorwaste™ service works, step by step:

Stage 1 : Management plan

The management plan, proposed ahead of every operation, ensures that you are aware of all of the actions planned during the removal and recycling process.

This allows our teams to work at your facility with confidence and completely autonomously.

Celui-ci se présente sous la forme d'un document complet, regroupant l'ensemble des informations suivantes :

We will analyse the samples to determine the type and the degree of contamination of your waste and how hazardous it is. This way, our staff gain accurate knowledge of the refractory materials ahead of sending them to our specialist processes.

Documentation preparation

We handle the administrative management to ensure that you comply with the standards and regulations that apply in your country.
From waste identification to the recycling certificate, we ensure full compliance of all operations.

We assess the procedures inherent to the operation to offer you a tailor made solution.
Waste is removed as quickly as possible so that you can recover the storage space and to eliminate any pollution hazard linked to warehousing contaminated waste.

We handle scheduling transportation while ensuring regulation compliance depending on the type and hazardousness of the waste.

Our teams implement the resources required to load refractory waste depending on the transportation mode that we select.

The waste storage location is cleaned at the end of the operation so that you can once again use the area with absolute safety. We also make available the means to recover any cutting waste produced during the production facility reconstruction phase.

Stage 2: Providing service on-site

A team of full time specialists will be present throughout the removal operation, our expertise during every step of the process.

Waste management is a process that is more complex than it appears: the regulatory, logistical and size constraints call for perfect control and solid expertise to complete the operations.

When you entrust us with your waste management, you are choosing the contractor that provides you with the most complete solution on the market.

    Stage 3: Operating report

Everything you need to know to assess the recycling of your ceramic waste

The operating report comprises all of the regulation documentation as well as the detailed indicators required so that you can follow the degree of recycling achieved for your waste.

At a glance, you have access to an accurate assessment of the quality of the waste processed, the effective recycling rate and the information linked to the transportation from your facility.

    Acceptance documents

The regulation documents (prior acceptance certificates, waste identification forms, Prefectoral regulations) are cross referenced with the transportation documents.

    Transportation documents

The transportation documents (waste tracing slips and acceptance slips) are collected in chronological order.

Documents handed over at the end of the operation

All of these items are collected into a single document to make it easier for you to access them should an official inspection occur.
The report is presented to your EHS teams at the end of the operation.
